Job Description
Binance is seeking a Senior Backend and Web3 Developer/Leader to build and enhance DApps and smart contracts for a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, Solidity, and Rust, as well as a deep understanding of blockchain concepts and smart contract security.
Requirements
- Familiar with Java
- Solid hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity and Rust (or Move)
- Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contract security, token standards on different mainstream blockchains
- Experience of designing architecture of decentralized applications (DApps)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiar with the principle of mainstream Defi apps like Aave, Uniswap Jupiter, and Radium
- Familiar with the principle of mainstream Crosschain protocols like CCIP, CCTP and circle gateway
- Familiar with mainstream AI tools like claude code and used to Agentic coding
- Good spoken English is required - To coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
