As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering creative marketing solutions to support Binnie's overall marketing and communication initiatives. You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies, plan and execute integrated digital campaigns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen the company's brand and increase visibility.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing external and internal websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create or refine basic graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools, with the ability to build, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in collaboration tools and content creation with Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, digital performance metrics and page optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication to produce clear content and convey ideas effectively.
- Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships across teams.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing demands and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience in professional services or the AEC industry is preferred.
