Customer Success Specialist - Iowa & Surrounding Areas

BinSentry is a fast-growing ag-tech company providing solutions for the agriculture supply chain. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will onboard, nurture, retain, and expand BinSentry's customers, primarily in the Poultry, Swine, Feed Mill, and/or Co-Op space.

Requirements

• University/College degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent in Account Management
• 3+ years Customer Success experience directly managing a book of business greater than $1MM ARR
• Familiarity with following onboarding / training processes
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn agricultural feed supply chain
• Must have a valid passport
• Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time
