HR and Recruitment Specialist

The HR and Recruitment Specialist is a dual role combining full-cycle recruitment with comprehensive HR administration, critical to scaling BinSentry's talent acquisition while ensuring efficient and accurate HR operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for software or hardware roles
• Experience in fast-moving or rapidly scaling organizations
• Demonstrated progression of responsibility in recruitment roles
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment law compliance (Canada and U.S.)
• Proficiency in IT tools, including GSuite and AI applications
• Indepth experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, as well as managing relationships with recruitment agencies
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
