Job Description
Binsky is seeking a skilled Estimator, HVAC Follow Up to join their Integrated Service Division in Central New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, excellent computer and technology skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
Requirements
- Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings
- Develop and provide complete, accurate, and timely detailed estimates
- Maintain all files of working bid documents, notes, and assumptions of estimates
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Identify unique requirements of proposals and incorporate related costs into project estimates
- Obtain labor and material information from field technicians
- Assist Service Manager in purchasing equipment and material for projects
