Requirements
- Perform Teaching Activities: disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students, assist students with learning process, assessing student’s learning
- Perform Research Activities: participate actively in specific research projects, propose new topics for research projects, maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity
- Perform Community Services: participate actively in community service programs, propose new program for community service
- Plan, monitor, evaluate and control several activities related to research results, paper publication, journal publishing, scientific forum implementation, intellectual property registration, non-tuition revenue, student creativity program
- Assist the Head of Department/Dean to determine the objectives research in each respective Department/Program/Faculty/School
- Perform competency development for all Faculty Members in research
- Enrich and maintain course material, review and revise course material quality, assist course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement
- Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, provide mentoring, coaching and feedback, ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard
- Provide strategic advices and regular reports to Dean/Head of Department/Program regarding research & publication initiatives
- Support respective Faculty/School to recognize and add trend/new course and/or the latest technology related to program of Faculty/School
- Support respective Faculty/School to manage compliance activities and conduct document support for Borang or other national/international standard
- Act as Academic Advisory and Thesis Supervision (based on assignment)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor
- Perform the role of Faculty Member as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi
