Field Applications Specialist

Biocare Medical is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to provide expert technical support and promote products and services. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment and IHC/ISH/FISH experience.

Requirements

• Provide expert technical support on all Biocare Medical instrumentation & products
• Provide proficient product usage training, optimization of experiments and assistance with the advancement of sales process
• Completion of documentation associated with job function
• Assist with Applications training, in-house Technical Support, and open territory coverage as assigned
• Work closely with sales and marketing customer care, QA/QC, research, and development to address customer concerns
• Participate in tradeshows, seminars, and workshops as required
• Maintain professional certifications, technical acumen, and overall developments in related fields
• Possess expert technical knowledge on all the use of all Biocare products and instrumentation
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
