Coatings Production Technician

Requirements

• Manufacture coating products according to specifications and standard procedures.
• Complete transactions in our inventory management system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Use materials in an efficient and responsible manner to reduce waste.
• Ensure accurate completion and review of quality documentation (BPRs, logbooks, etc.) as required by cGMP.
• Identify possible deviation occurrences and aid in investigations.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace environment.
• Report all safety issues, concerns, incidents, and near misses to the team’s leadership.
• Review and follow the established production schedule to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
• Identify all production issues and relay them to the leadership team.
• Monitor and communicate any raw material or equipment shortages or equipment calibration issues.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements and provide solutions.
• Provide feedback on any required BPRs and SOPs updates to improve clarity.
