Job Description
The Global Clinical System Engineer II is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including service delivery, troubleshooting, and technical support. They collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, optimize performance, and drive growth. The role focuses on maintaining a robust service operation and contributing to strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a biological science, engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant laboratory, engineering, and/or industry experience.
- 4+ years of relevant laboratory, engineering, and/or industry experience.
- Clinical laboratory experience in Microbiology, Molecular Biology and/or Immunoassays preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, great organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
