Bioiatrical is seeking Customer Service Officers to provide quality service and accurate information to patients, ensuring a best possible experience with the services of the Group.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized institution (A.E.I., T.E.I., I.E.K.)
- Desirable experience in a related role in the health sector, in a call center (closing appointments for IKA-EOPPY) or secretary (Insurance company)
- Knowledge of touch-screen system will be considered an additional asset
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
- Good knowledge of English & computer skills
- Anthropocentric perspective and commitment to providing high-quality services
- High sense of responsibility, courtesy and patience
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
