Operations, Office & Event Associate, BioLabs Saclay (January - mid May)

BioLabs Saclay is seeking an Operations, Office & Event Associate to provide administrative management, non-lab operations, and event organization support. This is a temporary position from January to mid May.

Requirements

• Manage reception, parcels, and services for residents
• Provide day-to-day operational support and problem-solving assistance
• Compose visual aids using ADOBE suite
• Organize and plan site events
• Manage databases, distribution lists, and newsletters
• Oversee welcome procedure and monthly invoices
• Update BioLabs Saclay website and social media content
