Product Development Manager

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to help bring new Biom products to life, from early formulation and fragrance testing through to full-scale production.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on creative projects, packaging, or product development (CPG experience preferred)
• Strong experience managing multiple projects across teams in Asana, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed
• Conduct research on emerging trends, ingredients, and materials to inform product innovation and development projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Experience creating and documenting processes to ensure clarity and efficiency in product development
