Job Description
BioMarin is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a 6 pm to 7 am shift, Wednesday to Saturday, with every other Saturday off. The position involves operating large-scale bioprocess equipment, performing quality control and support, and ensuring regulatory adherence. The role supports the growth of BioMarin's drug pipeline, focusing on clinical trials and manufacturing for commercial release.
Requirements
- Operating large-scale bioprocess equipment
- Performing all aspects of processing with a broad understanding of science
- Demonstrating competency with process equipment and automated control systems
- Performing cleaning and sterilization of parts and equipment
- Understanding basic chemistry, biology, and scientific principles
- Proficiency with basic chemistry, biology, and scientific principles
- Understanding of bioprocessing and relevant safety protocols
- Data recording and documentation
