Drug Product Team Lead

BioMarin is seeking a Drug Product Team Lead to manage the daily operations of the drug product team, coordinate resources, and ensure schedule and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in GMP manufacturing, leadership skills, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Requirements

• Degree in science/engineering, operations management or industrial engineering or equivalent experience in a GMP environment
• Demonstrated experience working with GMP Mfg processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact across cross-functional teams
• Ability to train and coach colleagues in processing, operational excellence, team interactions and delivering results
• Experience with regulatory inspections and direct interaction with regulatory inspectors
• Highly developed organizational and leadership skills
• Process development and/or technology transfer experience preferred
