Job Description
BioMarin is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects supporting Early programs, Product Supply Chain, and Commercial Value Chain Teams. This role involves planning, executing, and closing out projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers opportunities to build cutting-edge manufacturing processes and scale production for global medical needs.
Requirements
- Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitoring project costs, tracking spending, and ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Leading and motivating project teams, including engineers, scientists, and other professionals.
- Managing project scope changes and ensuring they are properly documented.
