Job Description
BioMarin is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Quantitative Science to play a pivotal role in supporting drug discovery, nonclinical research, preclinical research, experimental medicine, biomarker development, clinical development, and even real-world data. The position involves statistical design, analysis, interpretation, and communication of data, contributing to key functional areas and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Broad subject matter expertise in statistics and data science
- Proficiency in statistics, advanced data science, and programming
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry (5-7 years for associate director; 2-4 years for senior manager)
- Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar field preferred
