Job Description
Biomerics is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their Finance team, focusing on the Metals Division. This role involves overseeing all accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving, collaborating with teams and improving processes.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process for the Metals Division.
- Monitor and respond to all accounts payable email communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve vendor and payment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in AP functions.
- Assist with month-end close activities.
- Support audits by preparing necessary AP documentation.
- Continuously review processes for efficiency gains and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
