Trainee Sales Consultant (Telco)

As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for customers at Bionic, within our telecommunications team. You will engage with small business owners to determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials.

Requirements

• Contacting customers who have submitted a real-time website inquiry
• Verifying customer information and assessing if we can assist them
• Transferring qualified customers to the relevant sales agents within Bionic
