Job Description
As Associate Director Clinical Trials, you will oversee the operational and administrative execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with local laws, international guidelines (ICH GCP), and internal SOPs.
Requirements
- Lead one or more complex clinical trials within early or late-stage development to ensure successful program delivery
- Drive communication strategies, escalate issues effectively, and support team development across the program
- Manage Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and vendors to meet clinical program deliverables
- Oversee clinical study timelines to achieve project milestones efficiently
- Ensure inspection readiness throughout the lifecycle of clinical programs
