Manager Medical Affairs Infectious Diseases

We are seeking a Manager Medical Affairs Infectious Diseases to provide scientific input expertise for medico-marketing activities and build relationships with key external stakeholders. The role involves managing medical operational activities related to COVID-19 and BNT162b2, as well as developing internal/external medical education activities and coordinating training for the team.

Requirements

• Scientific Degree (PhD, Pharmacist, MD) in a relevant field such as Biomedicine or Immunology
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consulting industry, ideally in medical affairs areas
• Good ability to understand, process, communicate and present scientific information to a high standard
• Strong medical, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities according to business and strategic needs
• Experience in working with project management tools as well as budget oversight
• Excellence in communicating effectively in both German and English
• A team player with a self-motivated and solution-oriented personality
• Very strong cross functional collaboration and alignment skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Passion for innovation and a “can do” attitude
