Senior/Staff, Product Analytics Scientist

BioRender is a mission-driven company that aims to accelerate scientific communication and discovery. They are looking for a Product Analytics Scientist to join their Data team and drive experimentation and deep product analytics to guide the roadmap and improve user behaviors.

Requirements

• Outcome orientation: tie work to business value and influence roadmap priorities
• Strategic prioritization: juggle deep dives, ad hoc requests, and roadmap work while staying focused on impact
• Experimental rigor: design clean tests, understand tradeoffs, and focus on actionable lift over theoretical purity
• Curiosity & first-principles thinking: ask 'why' beyond the data and loop new insights back into the product process
• Product partnership: be a true thought partner to PMs and designers and bring user empathy into your analysis
• Tooling & automation mindset: automate recurring work and be comfortable stitching together tools like SQL, dbt, Python/R, and AI-based tools
