IT Operations Manager

BioStem Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and grow the IT function. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on experience with IT Service Management, ensuring IT systems and solutions align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. The IT Operations Manager will manage vendors and drive digital transformation initiatives. The company is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

Requirements

• Oversee system integrations, network performance, and hardware provisioning.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS/Azure, ERP) and optimize scalability and cost.
• IT Asset Management: Manage the procurement, lifecycle, and disposal of IT assets.
• Internal Controls: SharePoint access, folder structure. SaaS access provisioning.
• Phone Systems (Net2Phone)
• AI integration.
• Ensure data retention, storage, and backup systems meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitate key meetings, and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
• Define and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and alignment with client objectives.
• Anticipate and resolve complex, concurrent project challenges using project management and business acumen.
