Job Description
BIOVAC is a leading sterile vaccine manufacturer seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Specialist to join their goal-oriented team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain functions associated with vaccine and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Broad knowledge of basic supply chain principles and metrics
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes, inputs and outputs
- Experience in supply chain management tools e.g. SAP and ERP systems or planning tools
- Good working knowledge of aseptic (sterile) manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and end-to-end material onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently, within own department and across other departments
