Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in general HR or as an HR Business Partner
• Solid experience managing operational staff, shift schedules, and massive processes
• Labor relations management; experience in unionized environments is highly desirable
• Strong business focus and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication, influence, and persuasion skills
• Analytical capacity and critical thinking for data-driven decision-making
• High organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Spanish: native
• English: intermediate-advanced (desirable)
