Birdy Grey is looking for a Senior Digital Designer, Performance Creative who's equal parts designer and strategist - someone who can deliver beautiful design at scale, leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights. The role involves concepting, designing, and testing ads that feel fresh, on-brand, and built to perform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital or performance design, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or DTC
- Proven track record of designing, testing, and scaling a high volume of ROI-positive ad creative across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and emerging channels
- Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects (or equivalent motion tools)
- Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) and adapting content across aspect ratios and formats
- Strong understanding of creative testing and how audience insights inform performance
- Experience with A/B testing, advertising platform management (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads), and performance and engagement analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Comfortable diving into data and using insights to guide creative decisions
- Experience using AI tools to support concepting, iteration, and creative development
- Strong attention to detail across color, typography, animation timing, and composition
- Research-driven mindset, continuously benchmarking and analyzing competitor/industry creative to inform strategic and platform-native creative experimentation
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional team environment
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, open to feedback, and always looking for smarter, faster ways to create
