- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, Ten years of management experience, A passion for service and love of dogs, A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change, A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, The ability to plan at least twelve months in advance, An ability to multi-task, High level of attention to detail, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
