Job Description
SelectLeaders' client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee hospital and medical facility construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high construction standards within a healthcare environment. Projects are located in Fairfax, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Requirements
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for hospital and medical construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests.
