Job Description
The Land Development Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the field operations related to land development, including land development projects from concept to completion, site-work and amenity construction, and communicating daily with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the field operations related to land development
- Lead and manage Wilmington, NC development projects
- Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of new projects
- Establish relationships with public officials and governmental agencies
- Coordinate and provide oversight of engineers, architects, and other third-party consultants
- Perform preliminary cut and fill analysis and quantity takeoffs
- Management of construction contracts
- Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Obtain project permits and final approvals from local jurisdictions
- Manage SWPPP activities and compliance
- Coordinate and execute the completion of project punch lists
