Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Growth Data Analyst to join our Marketing team, responsible for designing and delivering analytical dashboards, analyzing user and event datasets, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in data analysis and a passion for crypto, trading, and analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or MixPanel
- Familiarity with trading, web3, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis
- Nice-to-have: Marketing Platforms, Technical Literacy, Reporting & Visualization, Data & Tagging
