Head of Risk Management

BitGo is seeking a Head of Risk Management to lead and scale the enterprise-wide risk management program, providing strategic oversight and subject matter expertise on various types of risks and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in risk management and control frameworks
• Comprehensive knowledge of information security and privacy standards and regulations
• Proven experience building and leading risk management teams
• High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and staff management skills
• Demonstrated ability to interface with and present to C-suite executives, Board members, and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex risk concepts
• Ability to prioritize multiple strategic initiatives and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• A college degree in business, public policy, risk management, or a technical field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
