Software Engineer - Wallet Core

BitGo is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Wallet Core Team and build a comprehensive API platform for businesses and developers. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, supporting functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative crypto solutions. BitGo is a leading provider of infrastructure services, serving thousands of institutions and millions of retail investors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience of back-end and server-side development
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Strong development experience with any of the JVM languages, preferably Kotlin or Java
• Strong experience with RESTful API design
• Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with unit and functional testing and debugging
• Experience in Git/GitHub and branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, etc.
• Ability to move quickly and adjust course in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
