Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Compensation Specialist to help them deliver world-class rewards to their employees. This role involves partnering with HR and finance teams, managing global compensation structures, and shaping compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay practices and fair compensation. Bitpanda is a rapidly growing platform aiming to be Europe's leading investment platform and offers a hybrid working model.
Requirements
- Partner with HR People Partners and Finance to ensure execution of the annual pay review process.
- Own and maintain global compensation structures, salary ranges, job catalogues, and benchmarking.
- Manage design, implementation, and administration of equity-based compensation schemes.
- Shape and optimize sales incentive programs and communication strategies.
- Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor internal pay equity and intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset and expertise in data analysis.
