Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape our B2B white label product portfolio by developing new products and features within BTS. The role requires 6+ years of experience in Product Management in FinTech or Banking and proven communication skills. The position offers a hybrid-working model, competitive total compensation package, and market-leading benefits programs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management roles in a FinTech or Banking environment
- Proven communication skills, proactive, easy to approach attitude
- Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively and provide guidance in ambiguous situations
- Experience building solutions for B2B customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Collaborative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming with engineers to develop solutions that address multiple constraints
- Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
