You'll be instrumental in driving adoption of our CRM and platform solutions, optimizing customer outcomes, and supporting clients on their digital transformation journeys.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end project delivery for 1–3 concurrent projects
- Conduct hands-on requirements gathering activities
- Map existing business processes and identify inefficiencies
- Build and maintain weekly status reports and RAID logs
- Align business and technical stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities with account teams and architects
- Drive technology adoption and client self-sufficiency
