Job Description
Bitso is seeking a KYC Specialist to review and manage customer profiles and ensure compliance. The role involves KYC reviews, document validation, AML risk assessment, and providing customer support. Bitso values diversity, innovation, and employee adaptability.
Requirements
- Proven English and Portuguese fluency.
- Currently living in Brazil.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for retail clients.
- Experience in customer support or account executive roles.
- Proficiency in AML and Fraud detection.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of KYC procedures relevant to business and personal documents
