Bitso is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Growth team and drive the acquisition of users in Latin America. The role focuses on building a scalable growth engine, optimizing acquisition systems, and collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on Bitso's growth and user base within a formative stage team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong full-stack development capabilities
- Clear and effective communication skills in English
- Experience working directly with stakeholders
- Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React and NextJS
- Solid experience with Java
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL
- Experience with Redis
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles
