The Business Development Lead will shape and execute Robinhood's institutional strategy in the United Kingdom and contribute to broader EMEA and MENA growth efforts, driving growth across key regions through strong institutional partnerships and thoughtful business execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships—particularly within asset management or banking sectors.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, digital asset markets, and financial infrastructure.
- A strong network of institutional contacts in the UK and/or broader EMEA region.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A flexible, self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale client portfolios while meeting ambitious performance goals.
