Requirements

• Between 5-10 years of relevant experience in audit firms and/or regulated financial institutions (ideally crypto, banking, payments or e-money) in risk and control functions with specific expertise in financial risk and control, including credit risk and control.
• Prior experience within the crypto industry is a strong plus but not required. However, a demonstrable interest in the sector is necessary.
• High level of understanding of all applicable CSSF regulatory frameworks impacting the business that is commensurate with the seniority of the role.
