Job Description
Bitwise is seeking an exceptional Investor Relations Associate to support a growing portfolio of clients across crypto and other asset classes. The role involves providing client support, assisting with financial advisors, managing portfolio investments, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience. The firm has a strong track record and is rapidly expanding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Client Service or Investor Relations experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills in writing and conversation.
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.
- Ability to create and foster meaningful relationships.
