Senior Travel Agent - Spanish Speaking

They are seeking a dynamic Senior Travel Agent – Spanish Speaking (m/f/d) with experience in customer care and travel management. The role involves independent travel management, strategic planning, and building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent, preferably in the business travel sector.
• Fluent command of the Spanish language (native or C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress.
• Knowledge of tourism market dynamics, airfare rates, and visa regulations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
