Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario
- 10+ years of corporate/commercial experience at a recognized firm
- Portable book of business in the range of $350K–$1M+
- Strong track record advising on sophisticated corporate transactions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative style, and ability to thrive in a boutique environment
- Leadership qualities with interest in mentoring and contributing to the firm’s culture and long-term vision
