Assistant Financial Controller (w/m/d) - Wiesbaden

Borealis Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to join their international team. The role involves supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements, reviewing figures, analyzing balance sheets, and coordinating financial matters with hotel managers. The ideal candidate has experience in hotel accounting, a passion for hospitality, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in hotel accounting
• Passion for hospitality and experience in the hotel industry, with a good understanding of operational processes
• A strong understanding of numbers and a keen eye for detail and irregularities
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience in training hotel teams on policies and SOPs
• Sufficiently familiar with current/latest laws and regulations, as well as accounting policies and procedures
• Very good German and English skills
