Job Description
The Courtyard by Marriott Hamburg City is seeking a Front Office Agent to provide excellent guest service, maintain standards, and contribute to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, providing a smooth reception experience, and handling operational and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Requirements
- Professional training in hotel management or reception experience
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Previous knowledge with the booking system Opera is an advantage
