Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California
- 10+ years of experience managing transportation civil infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Willingness to travel between offices and client sites
