Job Description
BlaBlaCar is looking for a Head of Talent, Culture & Performance to oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture & Engagement. The role involves ensuring global alignment, contributing to the People strategy, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 10-15 years in HR leadership roles, Compensation & Benefits or Talent Management
- Strong global, multicultural experience, English proficiency critical
- Proven leadership, with ability to align with People team peers and create a collaborative, strong team environment
