Job Description
BlaBlaCar is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join its Product Design team. The role will involve conducting high-impact research, building operational frameworks, and empowering product teams to conduct quality research autonomously.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to integrate and manage AI/ML tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
