Job Description
Black & Veatch is seeking a Thermal Performance Engineer to contribute to the optimization of power plant efficiency and reliability. The role involves modeling thermal performance, mechanical design review, performance testing, and support for new projects. Requirements
- Perform thermal modeling of conventional generation power plants.
- Participate in feasibility studies for new power projects.
- Support power generation project owners and developers.
- Perform owner’s engineer design reviews of mechanical systems.
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables.
- Evaluate new power and infrastructure projects.
- Procurement of major power plant equipment and services.
