Requirements
- Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from planning through closing and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service.
- Provides overall project management support for assigned projects under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
- Ensures the safe and on-time delivery of high-quality installation services to the customer while managing schedule, productivity, and budget that align with the contract documents.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to secure and expand business opportunities.
- Participates in project meetings and communicates updates and progress.
- Prepares job costing reports under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager or Business Segment Leader.
- Works with Project Engineers, Coordinators and Superintendents in preparing and submitting RFIs and change order requests.
- Monitors installation activities in conjunction with the Superintendent ensuring productivity is in alignment with the requirements of the schedule and budget and in place project work conforms with contract documents.
- Partners with QA/QC to ensure alignment with quality plan requirements.
- Manages job cost and schedules, works with customer and other craft partner teams for coordination purposes; communicate with internal resources regarding project updates, scope changes, and other events impacting the project.
- Attends all required meetings and serves as an ambassador for the company.
- Coordinate with others on the Project Team to facilitate the development and timely delivery of correct submittals.
- Manages customer acceptance and signoff.
