We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist / Coordinator to support our Sales Ops–Customer Service team in maintaining and enhancing the processes that keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, or a related operational role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a clear and friendly way.
- Comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Zendesk, Business Central) and an interest in learning new tools.
- A structured, reliable working style with a practical, solution‐oriented mindset.
- A proactive, hands‐on attitude and the willingness to take responsibility for your tasks.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and an interest in improving daily workflows step by step.
