Staff Engineer, Customer Education

We're seeking a rock star Customer Education Engineer to join Black Duck, the market-leader in application security and integrity. You will create amazing learning experiences through courseware, e-learning, interactive tutorials, videos, online communities, blogs, social media, hands-on labs, hackathons, sample applications and code snippets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with developing and delivering learning / training for technical audiences
• Knowledge of two or more: Java, C#, C/C++, JavaScript, Node, AngularJS, PHP, Ruby etc.
• Working knowledge of development ecosystem and tools
• Familiarity with open source software ecosystem
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to travel up to 10-15%
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
